Every business has work that holds it back. A report assembled by hand every week. Information that takes too long to find. A customer waiting while someone works out who can answer their question.
These are ordinary frustrations, but they add up. They take time away from decisions, relationships and ideas that could move a business forward. We are building Solvence to help businesses find and remove those limits.
Start with the work
A useful first conversation starts with the people doing the job. What takes too long? Where do errors happen? What information do they need but struggle to get? The answers should shape the solution.
Sometimes AI will be part of that answer. Sometimes a simpler process or a better connection between existing tools will do more. Our responsibility is to understand the problem well enough to make that choice.
Build around people
A system only becomes useful when people can understand it and use it with confidence. That means involving teams early, making the limits visible and keeping human judgement in the places where it matters.
The value of AI should show up in the working day: in a task finished sooner, a problem caught earlier, or a customer served better.
Two ambitions, one starting point
Solvence is an AI lab with two connected ambitions. We build custom solutions around particular business needs. We also aim to develop products that make useful capabilities available to more teams. Both begin with the same question: what would make work better?
We want progress to be practical, visible and lasting. Start with a meaningful problem. Agree on what improvement looks like. Build and test with the people who will use the result. Then learn what should come next.
